墓志铭: 记录: 尝思德自已积，善由人扬，如余乡彭儒人焉。乃日新铭公之原配，巽山先生之母也。生于汪家坝，婚于柯氏之家，所生三男二女，男教以耕田读书，女课以德言容工，长也列膠庠次也务农桑，三子随兄涌读，二女谨遵母训，贤哉柯母，不犹有巾帼生之遗风焉。况其执妇道也，明树畜以养老，尚勤俭以宜家，夫所谓内则无忝中之馈，称能者唯孺人焉。惜乎生平之愿未了，而竟报恨終天，享年四旬而卒，余列西席闻而叹曰：云山苍苍江水泱，孺人之德山高水长，竖碑誌墓百世流芳。大清光绪十有五年岁次巳丑姑洗月上浣二日穀旦立。 — March 2, 1889
