son	Links Birth: 893 — 瑞昌县西上乡（今乐园乡） Marriage: 任职: Description: 柯昶，字汝明，乐源成公曾孙，曾先后在南唐李璟、李煜朝出仕，官拜银青光祿大夫、殿前侍御史、都押衙、兵部尚书、防御使、上柱国。宋太祖赵匡胤举兵灭南唐时，柯昶任南唐左军招讨使、江州右翼指挥第一部都团将知兵马使，与胡则同守江州。后江州失陷，为夺回城池，他率部卒与宋将曹翰精锐战至最后一刻，追兵迫近，其誓死不降，终因寡不敌众，自刎殉国。宋太祖悯其死唐忠义，勅赐金首、朝服，赠金紫光祿大夫，以示旌表。 Description: 朱汉回、张旭明主编《瑞昌县志》柯昶，字汝明，西上乡（今属乐园乡）人。五代吴顺义三年（公元923年）进士。初事唐主李璟，授殿中侍御史兼都押衙防御使；后事李煜，补左军招讨使，与指挥使胡则同守江州。宋开宝八年（公元975年）冬，李煜降宋。次年三月，宋将曹翰率兵围江州。胡则对昶曰：“宋兵将至，江州孤危，势必不敌，我坚守于内，你速去募兵为外援，事或有济。”昶应诺归里，招得士勇五千余人，星夜驰救江州，兵未到而城已陷。昶励众曰：“我与胡指挥受命同守江州，今城破人亡，如停止不进，有负胡指挥；若临城一战，纵不胜，死亦无憾。”遂率众而前。曹翰闻昶援兵至，统精兵万人阻击。昶因众寡不敌，败奔，翰驱铁骑追赶。至羊肠山，见追兵迫近，乃拔剑自刎。宋太祖闻其事，赐厚葬，谥忠烈，赠金紫光禄大夫。柯昶墓址位于乐园乡桥棚村东南方向800米处的燕竹湾九龙窝。墓为长方砖砌成的封土堆，长6米，宽1米，封土2.8米。墓前立有清代碑石一方。（见《瑞昌县志》第11页、391页、478页 Death: May 9, 976 Links Descendants Family book Interactive tree Pedigree Relationships Family with spouse … 汝氏柯祖公柯白公柯昶公 893–976 Birth: 893 — 瑞昌县西上乡（今乐园乡） Death: May 9, 976
